How It Works
This integration allows Front Systems users to enroll their stores on BOtag’s platform with a seamless setup process. Through real-time inventory updates, BOtag ensures that shoppers always have accurate information on stock and prices, and retailers can manage their in-store operations without disruption.
Once a shopper places an order via a BOtag-powered image, the request is sent to the nearest participating store based on handling speed, location, and store rating. Store clerks receive the order directly through their Front Systems POS, prepare the item, and notify the customer, Wolt, Postnord or any other shipping company.
